National Urban League seeks $15 minimum wage, more support for small businesses

The National Urban League is seeking a $15 federal minimum wage and new programs to support small and micro-businesses as ways to protect and enhance economic gains for ethnic minorities in America's urban areas. The group outlined the details of what it calls a Main Street Marshall Plan as part of a release today of its annual State of Black America report.
