The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Lead Servers to join our team at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Lead Server, you will effectively oversee the seamless operation of all front-of-house tasks using your excellent time management and guest services skills.

Pay

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn't include any potential tipped earnings.

$19.48 - $19.48 / hour

Responsibilities

• Ability to work large catering and event functions

• Train and help supervise team members and conduct pre-shift meetings

• Ensure the club is appropriately stocked and assist with opening and closing duties

• Ensure standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout the bar, swing suites, and restaurant

• Assist guests with issues and provide a positive guest experience

Qualifications

• Prior experience working front-of-house in a restaurant, including leadership experience

• Able to successfully manage priorities, time, and team members

• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners

• Visual acuity and hearing are sufficient to take orders and prepare checks

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up

• Ability to stand or walk for the entire length of shift; may include walking up and down stairs, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
