Sous Chef - Kimpton Armory Hotel Bozeman

The Kimpton Armory Hotel in Bozeman, Montana is looking for a highly motivated and professional Sous Chef to join our team!

The Armory has three restaurants, Fieldings, Sky Shed, and Tune Up.

Fielding's our flagship restaurant, is where "Modern Mountain Cuisine" is served. Focusing on local products and polished techniques. Fielding's is named after Fred Wilson, who designed the Armory in Bozeman in 1941.

Sky Shed is our rooftop restaurant. We serve internationally inspired, locally sourced small plates with the best view in the town!

Tune Up is our basement speak easy bar- with live music and small plates with big flavor!

What we are looking for:

• Fine dining experience is preferred but not required

• Must be passionate in all things Montana and able to adapt to weekly menu changes, daily tasting menus, advanced plating techniques and working in an open kitchen
