Job Description


Seeking a Chef or Sous Chef with 5 or more years of culinary experience in a high paced, high volume restaurant to run the back of house in our beautifully built kitchen. We are looking for the newest member of our family/team that has the ability to grow their skill set, muilt task, plan out and create exciting menu items, prepare beautifully plated dishes, controls costs for BOH, who has great time managments skills, knows how to build, motavite, and uplift a kitchen team with strong leadership skills and respect. We are seeking a Chef or Sous Chef who is passionate about their craft, pays attention to detail in all aspects BOH, who is honest and trustworthy, and always looking to improve the overall guest experience at our restaurant.
