Collect and dispose of general office waste
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo office floors
Cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking of restroom facilities
Wiping tables and maintaining general eating/break areas
Safely use cleaning products/chemicals
Efficiently manage time and complete tasks without supervision oversight
Performs other duties as assigned
Must be able to stand, walk, climb, sit, kneel, twist, bend, pull, push, carry, lift, reach overhead and drive. Most activities involve movement of either the upper and lower body extremities or both and the joints associated with these areas of the body.
Must be able to climb stairs and ladders that ranges from 4 ft to 200 ft.
Must be able to lift equipment needed to perform work.
Must be able to wear safety equipment and other protective equipment as needed to perform job.
Skills/ Knowledge/ Abilities :
Strong communication and good work ethics
Must be able to be at work for scheduled workdays
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
Must possess a valid TWIC Card
