Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a dynamic and energetic GM/Chef Manager to join our team at one of our high-profile accounts in Garden City, NY ! The current food landscape consists of 1 Barista Café operation.

The ideal GM/Chef Manager will be the number 1 for the operation in addition to be the chef for the location. This position represents a 70/30 split with a 70% of the role focused on administrative duties. The GM/Chef Manager will be responsible for financial reporting and the client relationship. Ability to multitask and deliver high end experience every day. Other duties include but not limited to:

• Menu planning

• Ordering

• Inventory

• Managing a team of 2 hourly employee

• HR related duties

• Marketing initiatives

• Safety and Sanitation

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years
