The Cook 5 should have in-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations. They should be capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guest needs in a timely manner. On a daily basis they must monitor food production, quality and consistency, and more.

This opening is specific to the morning shift.

The expected pay rate for the position is $24.00 per hour!

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills required.

• At least 4-5 years of previous line andfine dining experience preferred.

• Culinary degree or related hotel experiencepreferred.
