Unit Description

Sodexo is seeking a Chef Manager at UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital in Highlands Ranch, CO near Denver . This hospital is offering full-services to the community. The Chef Manager position will report to the Executive Chef and assist with the day-to-day culinary oversight and management for the hospital's food service and nutrition.

The position offers a salary range of $55,000-$65,000 per year with a full benefits package that kicks in day immediately.Schedule is primarily Monday-Friday with occasional weekends.

The successful candidate will:

• help implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for hospital

• supervise, develop, and mentor frontline staff

• procurement and purchasing

• help create menus based on client needs

• help create interpersonal relationships with clients

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent

Basic Management Experience - 1 year
