Job Title: Cafe Associate

Location: Boise, ID

Pay: $16/hour plus tips

What's the Job?

• Prepare a variety of sandwiches and high-end coffee drinks with precision and care.

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders accurately and handle transactions.

• Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

• Handle multiple tasks effectively, including taking orders in-person, over the phone, or online.

• Demonstrate flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, and adapt to increased demand during peak hours.

What's needed?

• 1 or more years of experience in food and beverage preparation, particularly in sandwich making and coffee preparation.

• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
