Cabana / Pool Bar Attendant - Seasonal

Hyatt Centric Beale St Memphis is hiring immediately for a full-time seasonal Cabana / Pool bar attendant position. We use elevated, locally produced, seasonally appropriate, and responsibly sourced foods and products to create satisfying and enjoyable meals. We specialize in personalized, innovative solutions to offer selective clients and their customers a boutique gourmet dining experience. Among the most important responsibilities are to serve alcoholic beverages to guests following all liquor laws. Prepare assigned bars, requests and stock all beer, champagne, liquor, paper goods, straws and stirrers, sauces, glasses, ice, and maintains stock, needs to prepare and store all vegetable and fruit garnishes, flavorings, and other perishable items to ensure the quality of the product. Greets visitors with courtesy and friendliness. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast-paced position that will involve constant customer interaction at our poolside bar and grille.

Qualifications:

• Valid TN Server/ABC Card

• Bartending Experience

• A high school degree or its equal is required.

• Have at least one year of expertise in a related field

• Productive, interacting personality and professionalism.

• Strong activity and time management skills

• Eye for details and knowledge drink mixing tool.

• Superior client skill
