Responsible for owning all aspects of the group air center operations and associated roles such as Group Air Planners, Group Air Specialist, and Group Air Coordinators. Position Requirements
. Key contact for CWT M&E group air team.
. Performs all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel assigned: A. Maintains a qualified staff B. Communicates areas of accountability and performance expected of personnel assigned C. Determines standards of performance as a basis to review progress of personnel assigned D. Recommends salary adjustments, transfers, promotions and dismissals E. Ensures proper training of personnel assigned F. Fosters a cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximum employee morale and productivity G. Develops individuals for future advancement
. Ownership or Leadership role of all program delivery elements (see job description for Group Air Planner and Coordinator) utilizing standard processes and procedures to achieve client satisfaction. . Regular scheduling to ensure maximum efficiency and coverage. Usage of WFM (Work Force Management) principles, or works with WFM as required. . Coaching, mentoring and engaging employees . Produces Performance Management Process (PMP) cycles . Proactively escalate potential client or program issues for timely resolution. . Management of supplier partners and internal support areas to ensure quality and timely delivery . Provide program feedback to all stakeholders through summary and distribution program debrief notes for inclusion in account review. . Escalate delivery issues through notification of management to ensure continuous improvement of M&E processes, procedures and tools. . Identify upselling opportunities and action accordingly . Identify scope creep and action accordingly . Meeting measurable performance targets (see below) . Other duties as required
