Position Summary: Omni Amelia Island Plantation is seeking an PM Restaurant Cook II. This candidate will provide and maintain high quality standards and procedures in preparing and serving all food and beverage outlets. Must be a self starter, able to work in fast paced enviornment with minimal supervision. Must have ability to work standing up for long periods of time. Must have two years prior experience in a similar food and beverage operation. Position requires working knowledge of sanitation standards.
