Description: Professional who applies a broad working knowledge of Human Resource concepts and procedures in one or more functional area. Incumbents are competent to work on fairly complex assignments (and/or portions of larger, more complex assignments); incumbents perform a full range of activities in their functional and technical area of expertise. Incumbents generally work under critical deadlines and heavy workloads, under general supervision. Errors at this level can cause delay, expense, and/or disruption. Performs a variety of professional and administrative HRIS functions in one or more of the following areas: - Interface support such as coordination between benefits team and IT. - Data request handling such as verification of requestor, provision of appropriate data back to requestor. - Coordination of various teams such as between ESC, Compensation, benefits, payroll, IT and HRIS on matters such as payroll notification process and scheduling & troubleshooting of IT related tasks or issues. - HRIS functions such as responding to customer emails and calls. - Create, update & resolve service request ticket using Peregrine Service Center tool. Working knowledge of AppWorx scheduler. - Maintains appropriate records in support of function. Maintains and prepares required data/statistics for a variety of needs. - Verification of data quality after pre and post interface bulk upload, review of reports on keyed-in data transaction. - Makes recommendations to Human Resources management regarding matters affecting functional area such as items that might affect HRIS processes.
Requirements · Detailed knowledge in the configuration and setup of PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM in at least two areas: Organization Foundation, HR, Payroll, Payroll Interface, Benefits Administration, Time and Labor. · Specifically looking for one resource with Talent Management module experience. · Application Design and Development Experience with PeopleSoft Tools, Application Designer, and People Code · Reporting Development Experience using Query, Crystal, Trees and SQR. · Integration experience - integrate and enables any third party software to work with PeopleSoft using Application Engine, Integration Broker, Application Messaging and Component Interface. · Relational database development and design knowledge - strong SQL skills. · Experience with Unix, DB2 or Oracle is desirable. · Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, XML, and web client technologies desirable. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Other requirements: . Knowledge and experience in PeopleSoft Workflow . Knowledge and experience in PeopleSoft Enterprise Portal . Security Setup and Design - Experience with PeopleSoft Security in PeopleSoft v8 . Upgrade / Maintenance - experience using PeopleSoft Upgrade Assistant and related technologies supported in the PIA. Must be able to review and apply any tax update and/ or patch from PeopleSoft.
Education A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related degree Minimum 5 years PeopleSoft Experience
