Position Summary:
This position supports the hotel restaurants and banquet department by providing fresh, creative pastry items for our guests. Duties include: * Complying will all OSHA and Omni standards * Maintain a clean and safe work environment * Ability to multi-task * Prepare pastry items to specifications * Ensure food cost guidelines are followed. * Other duties as assigned

The Ideal Candidate for this Position
At least 1 year directly related experience specializing in baking and pastries. Proficient in reading English. Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a fast paced, work environment. Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends and holidays. Must have a current Food Handler permit.
