Job Description: Develop attendee and exhibitor marketing plans for events for industry specific brand, execute marketing plans and strategy and analyze results of marketing efforts Responsibilities: TRADESHOW Develop Marketing Plans * Develop marketing plans and budgets for both client and attendee marketing efforts, including but not limited to direct mail, email, print advertising, online and public relations * Research industries and lists; procure lists for campaign efforts Execute Plans and Strategy * Coordinate development of brochures print and digital, web content, print ads, registration forms and other promotional pieces, including copywriting with brand team. * Implement marketing plans and public relations campaign * Track all promotional efforts, including costs and weekly trending of attendance and exhibitor sales Analyze Results * Reconcile all marketing spending post-show with finance department * Analyze marketing activities to determine profitability of each action * Interpret analysis and perform industry research to improve future marketing efforts * Conduct post show surveys for both exhibitor and attendee * Conduct exhibitor plan analysis with Group Show Director MAGAZINE/MAGAZINE RELATED EVENTS * Provide Marketing as needed
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years direct marketing experience * Good organizational and customer service skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Computer literate: MS Office, Goldmine or other CRM database * Professional demeanor * Tradeshow experience, a plus * Ability to travel
