The Manager, Marketing Analysis will be responsible for supporting team with thoughtful analysis of the brand’s results, the competitive landscape, and tactics to improve marketing strategies that drive the business going forward.
This individual should have 6+ years experience in Marketing with retail/ecommerce experience
Must be a strategic and analytical thinker as well as a self starter, with the know-how, experience, and enthusiasm to hit the ground running and to make significant impact to an existing multi-million dollar business.
They should be intelligent, outgoing and hard working.
Responsibilities
Customer and Recipient Insight
Design, administer, analyze, and report on customer and recipient research Research programs include, but aren’t limited to, Weekly Customer Satisfaction research, Weekly Web Site analysis, monthly recipient research, and brand awareness research Manager must take data and insight and drive recommendations and action across the company to improve our customer experience and other key metrics
Analysis and Reporting
Support development of the Go-To-Market plans through analysis of past performance, competitive landscape, and thorough understanding of previous year tactics and events. Conduct retrospective analysis – Last Week, Last Month, Last Quarter – to understand impact of external factors and marketing efforts across channels. Data to be used includes Affinity (market share), Hitwise (traffic), general competitive information, and channel by channel results. Manager is responsible for bringing new sources of data to the company that will increase our understanding of the marketplace and our results.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree 3+ years in conducting analysis within a marketing organization; e-commerce experience preferred Strong understanding of the online marketing and merchandising environment Strong problem analysis and analytical capabilities Strong team oriented individual Strong communication skills both written and oral Outgoing, proactive and passionate Individual to provide recommendations on how to improve existing reporting and analysis done by the brand, and recommendations on improving marketing programs based on this analysis
