Oversee all aspects of the furniture operation to ensure accurate, timely location of merchandise to ensure its availability to complete customer orders.
Work with other department managers to ensure the accurate and timely transfer of merchandise between functional areas, stores and hubs.
Execute decisions regarding associate interviews, hiring, performance evaluation and assignments.
Identify and maximize opportunities to increase service while minimizing expense for Macy's.
Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and shortage control through enforcement of proper procedures and company policies, while managing multiple activities and tasks.
