Come join the professional hospitality team at the Radisson Bloomington by Mall of America and Water Park of America! We have created a new position for the hotel and we are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor with strong leadership qualities to assist our Executive Chef in the operations of the kitchen. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Ensure staff is fully trained -Promptly handle guest complaints -Maintain knowledge of kitchen standards and hold employees accountable to those standards -Occasionaly fill in for employees on the kitchen line -Ensure quality of food is consistent with each order -Assist in meeting & maintaining health code standards, safety standards, and kitchen cleanliness/sanitation -Order product Qualifications include: -Previous supervisory experience preferred -Previous kitchen experience of at least one year is required -Strong computer skills -Flexible schedule that requires mainly evenings & weekends -Read, write, speak & understand English, Bi-lingual helpful -Must be willing and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Please note that only on-line applications will be accepted.
