With over 14,000 square feet of meeting room space, 6 food and beverage outlets and the Ocean Tides Spa, the Hilton is the premier destination on Hilton Head Island. The Hilton Oceanfront Resort is looking for a Junior Sous Chef. The employee will cook in the Palmetto Market, HH Prime, and banquets. Applicant should have knowledge of sauce and stock production, sauté, broil, grill, breakfast/lunch/dinner banquet production for 500 guests. Applicant should have at least 5 years cooking experience, hotel experience preferred. Responsible for assisting culinary team and food & beverage managers in developing the annual operating budget, monitoring expenses, and maintaining food budget.
