DEPARTMENT:Institutional Services Group / Wealth Management
JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: all administrative duties related to Institutional Service Group accounts, annual and periodic account reviews, client meetings (investment reviews, participant education/enrollment, plan document updates, etc.), client communication, facilitation/management of record-keeping/Form 5500 filing process between clients and third-party administrators, coordination with outside investment managers, multi-account reconcilements, fee billing and all other duties as assigned.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM additional hours as needed

Requirements:
Undergraduate degree required.
Professional designation preferred.
Minimum five years professional experience required.
Ability to read and interpret legal documents.
Knowledge of institutional products and services.
Excellent communication skills.
PC proficiency to include Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, AddVantage and Internet (ability to navigate third-party administrator/participant access websites).
Understanding of basic accounting and budgeting concepts.
Excellent customer relations skills, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter and team player with ability to work independently and work under pressure.
