We are seeking aggressive, results oriented individuals desiring strong compensation for superior performance.
Our General Managers are responsible for the training and development of associates, superior customer service, revenue growth, collections, and inventory control. The successful applicant must have demonstrated a record of achievement as a manager in a rent to own store, retail store, restaurant, or similar business.
Aaron’s General Manager compensation program is tied directly to store revenues and profits, and is adjusted twice a year based on the prior six months operating results. The starting base for the GM will depend upon the person’s track record of success in management.
Primary Responsibilities are:
* Direct management of an Aaron’s store with profit and loss responsibility.
* Asset management, customer growth and maintenance, revenue production, personnel development and inventory control are key result areas of this position.
* The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers
* Facilitate and reconcile inventory regularly
* Safeguard all company assets
* Ensure accurate and timely bank deposits
* Train and develop store associates
* Achieve planned growth and profit goals
* Ensure execution of all customer service programs, company guidelines and policies
* Provide a safe, clean environment for customers and associates
* Ensure published hours of store operations are met
* Recruit, hire and train to ensure efficient operations.
