We handle inbound reservation and group calls for the Department of Defense and Commercial Hotel companies. MUST HAVE PRIOR HOTEL EXPERIENCE...
Responsibilities: • Take inbound calls to make a reservation on either a military base location or offsite location. • Answer questions and provide information for callers in regards to location, directions, amenities and services provided to them. • Assist callers with questions and concerns on existing reservations and or cancellations. • Coordinate rooming lists for group point of contact. • Deliver exceptional customer service on every call. • Follow scripts and high end service levels on every interaction with a guest. • Any projects assigned by management.
