Financial Specialist
The Financial Specialist is responsible for consolidating and validating International's actuals and forecast on a monthly basis. Tie off actuals with corporate accounting on a monthly basis. Submit a monthly forecast to FP&A. Submit scorecards with variance explanations to S&M and FP&A. Work with the pricing department and submit cash forecast on a weekly basis to treasury.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. If no Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, must have a Master's in Finance or Accounting • Minimum of 5 years of Finance experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience analyzing complex financial data, and presenting the information.
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA, CMA or CFA preferred. CPA a plus • Exposure to Essbase and/or GSAP beneficial, but not required • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure atmosphere • Ability to be comfortable with all levels of management and peers • Teamwork -- daily significant interaction with other organizations requires someone who can obtain the information required to complete assignments while fostering a ""win-win"" atmosphere • Strong Microsoft Suite (particularly Excel & PowerPoint) capabilities
