Major Job Duties Include:
'Key roles include being an integral part of the monthly business review process which includes the consolidation and reporting of profit & loss statements, key balance sheet accounts, as well as other key performance indicators. 'Key User of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), which supports divisional processes for monthly actuals, forecasts, and budgeting processes. 'Support monthly business reports and ad-hoc requests which supplement HFM reporting. 'Centralized point of contact to support business unit controllers and functional departments with monthly updates to standardized reporting packages, including supplemental information, high-level analytics, and special requests as required. 'Further responsibilities include the support of either business unit or functional area SG&A cost center managers through timely reporting and financial analysis for actuals, forecasts, and budget.
Minimum Requirements Include: *BA/BS in Finance or Accounting. *Ability to work in ever-changing environments, while being able to manage deadlines. *Strong communication skills to engage with international finance & controlling community, as well as other functions within North America. *Continually looking to improve tools & processes to support departmental and divisional goals. *High level proficiency in MS Office applications (mainly Excel, PowerPoint).
Desired: *2-5 years of relevant work experience with automotive experience preferred. *Experience with various IT systems: SAP, Essbase, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) preferred.
