Description
PepsiCo Arlington manufacturing is looking for a Finance Analyst. This position is responsible for the following: - Perform duties associated with period close process including backup support for inventory accrual reconciliation process. - Perform all aspects of reporting associated with General Ledger, fixed assets, and other KPI reporting. - Perform certain duties associated with processing Raw Material payments on SAP Payables System. - Maintain PepsiCo financial policy & procedures around Accounts Payable Process and perform all accountabilities associated with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) reporting. - Process Raw Material payments in SAP Payables System through spreadsheet upload process out of MAPICS XA, some valued over $2MM. - Perform all aspects of accountabilities associated with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) reporting, which includes preparation of quarterly documentation requirements, Walk Throughs and KPMG audits - Perform duties associated with of general reporting to functional managers. - Back-up support for Accounts Payable Supervisor Including all duties associated with inventory accrual reconciliation process. - Perform all duties associated with Capital/ Fixed asset reporting - Special Projects as required
Requirements:
You must meet the following to be considered for this position: - Bachelor degree required. Finance or Accounting preferred - At least 3 years Finance/Accounting experience - Preference in manufacturing or similar environment - Strong computer skills with ability and desire to quickly learn new applications and adjust to updates - Ability to understand PepsiCo policies, procedures and internal controls - Must be detail oriented as accuracy of work is critical - Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to prioritize work - Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interface with employees at all levels of the organization including external vendors - Must be self-motivated with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision, while possessing flexibility to assist others as needed - Must be flexible to work overtime as required*NO RELOCATION PROVIDED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY*
