Job Description:
The incumbent in this position is responsible for developing an environment that creates excitement for guests and employees, promoting and retaining a highly skilled work force. The incumbent is also responsible for beverage operations on assigned shifts, which includes overseeing bartending and cocktail service to ensure that guest service standards are achieved. This position may also serve as the acting manager for both Food and Beverage operations when necessary to resolve customer service issues, as well as perform special assignments in Food and Beverage. Interacts with Operations Analyst and Casino personnel regarding service needs or problems.
Job Requirements:
Complete knowledge of bar operations. Supervisory experience required. Effective communication skills. Ability to perform basic mathematical functions. These skills and abilities are typically acquired through a minimum of three years' previous food and/or beverage administration experience in an operation employing at least 25 department employees.
