Our Restaurant's Concept is designed to give guests an unexpected dining experience in a tranquil are looking for a talented and dedicated Executive Chef professional who has the ability to motivate, inspire, train, and lead this team to the highest level. Ideally, this candidate will have the following: - Extensive experience managing Back of the House restaurant operations in a medium to high-volume, upscale, full service environment, and have the ability to create at a high level. - Experience with Italian Cuisine, and the ability to create Italian and American Dishes while maintaining reasonable costs - Culinary degree, OR the equivilant experience - Minimum of 3 years in a recent role of Executive Chef -Knowledge and experience working with modern inventory systems and food cost systems, and the ability to trouble shoot/analyze costs effectively -You absolutelyMUSTbepassionateabout this! - we arenotlooking to hand out a "job" - we are looking for someone with an ownership mentality that wants to put their stamp on this restaurant and make an impact. This restaurant has a great reputation for food and guest service, but needs the right Executive Chef that is willing to do what it takes to take it to the next level.
Qualifications * Minimum 3 to 5 years as an Executive Chef in a full service (table service with full bar), upscale/fine dining, high volume restaurant, with Italian Cuisine * Must possess strong leadership skills. * Solid track record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career tracking. * Strong communication skills * Must be dependable, reliable and motivated.
