Division Construction Manager
We are the industry leader in the advanced design, manufacture, and installation of first-class store interiors for the convenience, grocery, quick serve restaurant, mass merchandise, food service, and specialty retail segments. We have an opening for a Division Construction Manager.
The Division Construction Manager (DCM) coordinates, schedules, and manages all activities on installation projects. Responsibilities Include:
Scheduling of Equipment and Crews
Evaluate, Develop, and Secure Qualified Contractors
Coordination and Verification of Reciept of Equipment
Management of Field Inventory
Review Contractor Packages and Scope of Work
Oversee Installations and attend scope walks and punch walks with surveyor and clients
Manage Budget for each installation
Project Closeout/Follow Up
Requirements:
Job requirements include:
High School Diploma
3-5 years Prior Experience as a Construction Manager REQUIRED
Ability to do frequent overnight travel
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Great leadership skills including prior proven experience
EXTENSIVE OVERNIGHT TRAVEL WITHIN THE U.S. IS REQUIRED WITH THIS POSITION.
