Closing Date: 2010-08-27 Job Code: 1169 Division: PGHS-WWGC Restaurant Location: Arvada, CO US Travel Involved: None Job Type: Temporary Job Level: Entry 0-2 years Education: Category: Compensation: $7.28 Hour Position Summary: GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the china, silver, glassware, utensils, equipment and work areas. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Operates dish machine including breakdown and cleaning of the machine; organizes china, silverware, glassware, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and stores properly; keeps dish room clean and organized; maintains floors in kitchen area, clear of trash, boxes, spills and other hazards; maintains cleanliness and organization of chemical closet; reports equipment concerns, breakdowns, chemical shortages; assists cooks, with prep, cooking, dish-up; emptying of trash cans, removal of cardboard to dumpsters and keeping dumpster area clean; polishes all silver and copper serving utensils as necessary; attends meeting as required; accepts other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to communicate with others, ability to use good judgment; ability to work independently; ability to maintain adequate attendance; ability to follow instructions; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, other employees, and the general public. Locations: Arvada Center at 6901 Wadsworth; Lake Arbor Golf Club Restaurant at 8600 Wadsworth Blvd; and West Woods Golf Club Restaurant at 6655 Quaker Street.
