Job Description: 1. Plan meals, special dishes, and develop menus for multiple food outlets including banquet and catering.2. Requisition food and equipment, giving specifications for multiple food outlets including banquets and catering.3. Supervise all cooking operations, including methods, portioning and garnishing.4. Ensure attractive presentation of all food and dishes.5. Accountable for maintaining all health and sanitation standards; including obtaining appropriate certifications as may be required by the local health departments.6.
