Job Description: TopGolf Chicago seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for our revolutionary sports entertainment complex combining games with great food and an environment you can enjoy year-round with friends and family of all skill levels. The Assistant Kitchen Manager is responsible, under the direction of the Executive Chef for the daily operations of the kitchen. Ensures that all recipes, food preparations and presentations meet TopGolf's specifications and commitment to quality. Maintains a safe, orderly and sanitized kitchen. Assist with schedules, hands on involvement of inventory controls and food and labor cost. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate must have at least 2+ years in full service restaurant/kitchen management. Must have hands on experience with food inventories and good understanding of all that impacts food cost. Must be versed in writing schedules and meeting or beating budgeted labor costs through effective management. Actively supervises, motivates and develops staff. Ability to work in a high-energy and demanding environment.
