Position Summary: The Base Operations Manager is responsible for smooth and efficient operations of all Base Lodge Facilities, and the surrounding Base Areas. Responsible for developing a pro-active maintenance program for the Base Lodge, and it's surrounding area, as well as providing leadership and management for all Base Staff. To operate the department in a safe and efficient manner, and to supervise, train, and develop the Base Area Staff.
