Essential Functions: Responsible for the management of all bar / restaurant areas and supervision of beverage / food department personnel. Monitors inventory levels and develops/implements operating procedures for the Grill. Job requirements: 4 year college degree Job Duties: Maintains bar / restaurant, manages and maintains inventory system. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all areas, glassware, and equipment through regular inspections. Recruits, trains, schedules, supervises and evaluates personnel according to established procedures Develops product/revenue review system and procedures to help reduce theft. Assures that all laws applicable to beverage / food operation are consistently followed Works to ensure sufficient customer service in all of the clubs outlets and for special functions. Inspects to ensure the clubs sanitation, safety, energy management, preventative maintenance and other programs are implemented and complied with as they apply to the operation. Develops and monitors staffing to fit the needs of the business. Handles complaints from club members, guests and others. Assists with private parties and service in food and beverage outlets when necessary. Plans and develops training programs. Attends staff and management meetings. Schedules wine and beer samplings with distributors to continuously improve variety and quality of beverages available to club members and guests. Monitors bar / restaurant closing procedures (checklists) on a routine and random basis. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
