We handle inbound reservation and group calls for the Department of Defense.
MUST HAVE PRIOR HOTEL EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities: • Take inbound calls to make a reservation on either a military base location or offsite location. • Answer questions and provide information for callers in regards to location, directions, amenities and services provided to them. • Assist callers with questions and concerns on existing reservations and or cancellations. • Coordinate rooming lists for group point of contact. • Deliver exceptional customer service on every call. • Follow scripts and YES service levels on every interaction with a guest. • Any projects assigned by management.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE PRIOR HOTEL EXPERIENCE - applications without hotel experience will not be considered.
Required Skills: • +2 years hotel or travel related industry dealing with reservations • Excellent customer service skills • Knowledge of Microsoft products – Word, Excel • Knowledge of web based products • Excellent oral and written skills • Goal oriented • Able to obtain Security Clearance
