Reporting to the Director, Human Resources in Pleasant Hill, CA. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Administrative and clerical support for the Regional Human Resources Directors and assist with HR Clerical duties. • Administering benefits services • Maintain files per company/legal requirements • Management of the Nextrak paid-time off system • Adminstering Leave Programs including Family Medical Leave Act • Administer company policies for WOTC • Interfacing with benefits programs and resources • Researching problems and issues, and identify effective solutions • Insuring audit-compliant processes are utilized, and implement procedures The ideal candidate: * Will have direct past experience w/administration of benefits, LOA, FMLA, sick/vacation leave. * Will have previous HR experience of two years and proficiency in ADP and Nextrak a plus * Must have excellent computer and communication skills and strong organizational skills. * Be a self starter - Needs to be able to work with minimal supervision.
