The facility is licensed for 350 beds and is the primary pediatric teaching facility for The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. The Retail Manager will support multiple retail operations and will have prior experience successfully leading a team to provide outstanding customer service and food quality within a busy, food retail environment. Also desired is the ability to foresee needs and be pro-active with service solutions, as well as flexibility to positively manage change. The ideal candidate will have: * Excellent customer service skills * 2-4 years retail food management experience , brand experience preferred * Ability to be creative, think outside the box * Success at motivating employees and holding them accountable * Good planning and execution skills * Focus on safety and sanitation * Excellent presentation skills Sodexo''s Mission: Improve the Quality of Daily Life of all the people we serve.
