Description Job Summary: Assist with maple sugaring operations. Collect sap from buckets and transport sap to collection tank in the sugarbush (maple sugar forest). Job Responsibilities: Performs one or more of the following duties: * Collect sap from individual sugar maple trees. * Transport sap to collection tank in sugarbush. * Minor recordkeeping (sap sugar content, quantity collected) Job Requirements: * Willingness to work outdoors in cold or wet conditions * Willingness to lift sap containers several times each collection afternoon. * Ability to work quickly.
