Entry Level Manager Full Service
This is a great opportunity for a shift leader or key hourly to get a break into Salaried Management!
Local Restaurant Group of a well known,full serviceRestaurant with ascratch kitchenandmultiple locationsin the Kansas City area is currently searching for an energetic and talented Manager. This restaurant group has won several awards for their standards of excellence, and has an outstanding reputation in the hospitality industry. If you want to continue your restaurant management career with this fantastic group, and meet the following, minimum criteria, then please don\\\'t wait to send your confidential resume right away. This position will not last. We are looking for the following: -minimum of 2 years experience as an assistant management experience or shift leader, preferably in a full service concept -self motivated individuals that enjoy working in a fast paced environment and show a high level of discipline -passion and knowledge for the industry, great food, and great service -ability to lead, direct, coach, and inspire a team -basic knowledge of financial controls
I will also consider a candidate that has restaurant experience and has management experience in a different field.
